How do I confirm if my order is placed and on its way?
We’ll send an email and SMS confirming your order’s details, and allot an order ID to make it hassle-free.
What if I receive the wrong product?
Oops! That shouldn’t happen, but then, to err is human. Anyhow, we will immediately arrange to replace it with the correct one. Email us at octopusmarketing12@gmail.com with your order details and images of the wrong product within two days of receipt. Yet, we recommend you check our Return/Exchange Policy for more details.
What if the package is damaged or leaking when delivered?
Our packaging is always done as per the e-commerce norms made for good shipping practices. All our food item sales are final as most products are perishable. But we care for your convenience more than anything else, so we will provide the replacement. Yet, we request you to check the package right at the doorstep when you get the delivery to make sure that it’s in good condition.
